I have asked to exchange this to the gel cream....and try to contact your email many many times....


i have not once received email back from you guys..


as you guys just went and sent the item i wanted to cancel ....


what kind of customer service is this?

    We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused you.

    To be honest with you, we haven't receive any emails from dahyelee86@hotmail.com. We checked our mail servers and there's no email sent from the email account mentioned above. Also, we checked our Q&A board page and found out that there were no request filed from User ID dasoon86.
